OSI QB300
OSI QB300 Multi-Purpose Construction Adhesive is a premium quality, waterproof adhesive
formulated using synthetic rubber and tackifying resins. It is specially designed for the bonding and
installation of all types of plastic foams and polystyrene. When used as directed OSI QB300 will not attack
polystyrene and other plastic foams.
Pecora 300 SL
Pecora 300SL Silicone Pavement is a one part, ultra low modulus elastomer designed for sealing joints in roadways. It has excellent unprimed adhesion to concrete, metal and asphalt substrates, superior weather resistance and remains flexible at extremely low temperatures. Pecora 300 SL Silicone Pavement Sealant is a self levelling product designed for applications on flat surfaces.
Pecora 890 NST
Pecora 890NST is a one-part, neutral-curing, ultra low-modulus silicone sealant that will not stain natural stone such as marble and granite and that reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a durable, flexible building sealant. Pecora 890NST performs exceptionally well under dynamic conditions due to its ultra-low modulus, high extension/ compression, recovery properties and strong adhesion to most building materials and accommodates long-term movement of +100-50% in properly designed joints. Harsh weather conditions, rain, sleet, snow, sunlight and extreme temperatures, high ozone concentrations and/or exposure to intense ultra violet rays have very little effect on the ultimate performance of Pecora 890NST even after years of such exposure.
Dynatrol I-XL
Dynatrol I-XL Hybrid is based on a unique hybrid STPU (silylterminated polyurethane) differentiating it from the
standard Dynatrol I-XL urethane-based sealant. The STPU chemistry utilized by the Dynatrol® I-XL Hybrid formula allows for a low odor, nonstaining, non-yellowing, one part, moisture curing, gun-grade, isocyanate free sealant. It has been developed specifically for sealing dynamic joints between dissimilar materials, of varying
coefficients of expansion and contraction on both porous and non-porous surfaces. It cures to a low modulus rubber with extraordinary adhesion, capable of accommodating joint movement of ±50% of the original joint width. It does not yellow, crack or craze on long term exposure to UV light.
Pecora NR-201
NR-201 is a one part self-leveling, moisture-curing, isocyanate free sealant based on a unique hybrid STPU (Silyl Terminated Polyurethane) differentiating it from the standard urethane-based sealant. The silicone/urethane hybrid chemistry utilized by the NR-201 formula allows for a low odor, non-yellowing, one-part, moisture-curing, STPU sealant. It has been developed specifically for sealing dynamic joints between materials of dissimilar porosity, coefficients of expansion and surface textures, as well as embedding detector loop wire for traffic signals and parking gates. It cures to a medium modulus rubber with extraordinary adhesion, capable of accommodating joint movement of +/-25% of the original joint width. It also has excellent UV resistance in that it does not yellow, crack or craze on long term expo- sure to UV light. It has excellent abrasion resistance withstanding the rigors of pedestrian and vehicular traffic
Pecora PCS
PCS Pecora Contractor Silicone is a one-part, neutral cure, medium modulus silicone sealant designed for moving joints in exterior window and door perimeters, concrete panels, tilt-up panels, curtain wall and EIFS.
W.R. Meadows Pointing Mastic
POINTING MASTIC is a pre-mixed, cold-applied, polymeric, single-component sealing compound. POINTING MASTIC was specifically designed to seal all exterior, vertical, and horizontal terminations of MEL-ROL, PRECON, MEL-DEK, AIR-SHIELD, PERMINATOR, and PREMOULDED MEMBRANE VAPOR SEAL WITH PLASMATIC CORE from W. R. MEADOWS. It is also used for adhesive bonding of PROTECTION COURSE and MEL-DRAIN. POINTING MASTIC can be used on all patches and overlaps in detail areas. It offers excellent cohesive and adhesive qualities when applied to structural concrete, masonry, and/or wood.
