Smith’s Royal Seal

Smith’s Royal Seal is a high gloss, non-yellowing, acrylic-based, liquid sealer for decorative concrete, brick, interlocking pavers, natural and manufactured stone. Transparent and easy to apply, this product enhances the beautiful rich tones with a high gloss appearance. Smith’s Royal Seal has been formulated to seal and protect decorative colored concrete by producing a hard, yet flexible, clear film.

 

Helix 18% Solvent Seal

Helix 18% Solvent Sealer is a high quality, breathable, solvent-based 100% acrylic sealers designed to permanently seal concrete and masonry surfaces, providing a range of finishes that will protect surfaces from water, dust, stains and dirt.

WR Meadows Decra-Seal

DECRA-SEAL is a non-yellowing, acrylic-based, high solids, liquid curing and sealing compound for decorative concrete. The product is clear, transparent and easy to apply. DECRA-SEAL also offers improved resistance to water, alkalis, and petroleum spirits. The product has been formulated to seal and protect decorative colored concrete by producing a hard yet flexible, clear film.

TK-TRI-SILANE 590-100

TK-590-100 is a clear, one-component, high performance, deep penetrating 100% silanewater repellent for concrete and masonry. Through the process of hydrolysis, TK-590-100 chemically bonds with the surface to form a protective barrier that is far superior to traditional penetrating water repellents.

TK Achro Seal AS-1 1315

Achro Seal 1 (AS-1) is a commercial grade, non-yellowing, cure and seal that meets ASTM 1315 and 309 standards. AS-1 is a 25% solid, clear, penetrating, high-quality acrylic/methyl methacrylate resin used to properly cure and protect industrial, commercial, retail, and multi-family housing concrete surfaces. These surfaces include new and existing parking garages, parking lots, walkways, drives, and food processing plants.

TK Bright Kure & Seal

Bright Kure & Seal was formulated to protect architectural concrete such as exposed aggregate, colored, and stamped concrete. A 26% solids, non-yellowing, cure and a seal made from pure 100% acrylic. It has been tested and approved by the Minnesota (DOT) Department of Transportation for the curing of decorative concrete surfaces. Available in a gloss and matte finish.

TK Kure and Seal 1315

Kure and Seal 1315 is a solvent-based, clear, acrylic resin compound for curing, sealing, and hardening new concrete and existing concrete and masonry surfaces. The 25% solids content provides an excellent high gloss, UV stable finish. Kure & Seal 1315 is an ideal cure for freshly placed concrete, or when used as a sealer and dust-proofer for existing concrete.

TK 590-1MS Tri-Silane

One component, deep penetrating water repellent consisting of silane in mineral spirits for protecting concrete and masonry. Through the process of hydrolysis, TK-TRI-SILANE 590-1 MS chemically bonds with the surface to form a protective barrier that is far superior to traditional penetrating water repellents.

 

TK 290 Final Seal

TK-FINAL SEAL is a low viscosity, breathable, deep penetrating water repellent for concrete and masonry. Due to its unique formulation, TK-FINAL SEAL may be applied as a final sealer to concrete that was previously coated with a cure and seal compound. FINAL SEAL resolvates the cure and seal resin, penetrating into the surface and sealing it off from water and harmful deicers.

 

TK 290

TK-290 is a low viscosity, multi-substrate, salt and water repellent. Engineered to prevent damage
from environmental conditions including: de-icing agents, salts, freeze damage, efflorescence,
scaling, and surface popping. TK-290 is a solvent-based formulation to penetrate up to 1/4 inch
(6.35 mm) and chemically bond with the substrate to become a permanent part, prohibiting salt,
water, chloride ion, and acid rain intrusion. This protection ensures the longest life-cycle to the
substrate by preventing surface deterioration.
